However, you do not need a dynamic tariff to use Gridio. In the Gridio app (or your energy supplier app with built-in Gridio), you can configure your own tariff exactly as it appears on your bill. This includes fixed rates, time-of-use pricing, grid fees, and taxes.

What Is a Dynamic Tariff?

A dynamic energy tariff charges you based on the hourly wholesale electricity price from exchanges like Nord Pool or EPEX Spot. Prices change every hour, sometimes varying significantly within a single day.

Can I Still Use Gridio Without a Dynamic Tariff?

Yes. Gridio works with any tariff type:
